Mr Ahmed noted that Birnin Gwari was among 12 local government areas that had not recorded a completed kilometre of road construction in the last 12 years.
He said his administration has established the first forensic laboratory in Northern Nigeria.
He said the road will set a new record as 66 farming communities across Birnin Gwari Local Government will benefit from the project.
Mr Isa said, “The first priority of every government is to protect the property and lives of its citizens.”
Mr Sani said that the excursion was designed to expose pupils to real-life agricultural practices beyond classroom teaching.
Mr Sani added, “Again, we must thank our leader, President Bola Tinubu, for approving the construction of Mando to Birnin Gwari road.”
