Mr Dauda called on ECOWAS to develop more programmes and initiatives targeting youths, women, and people with disabilities.
Mr Dauda described the journey as his unique way of honouring ECOWAS’ golden jubilee.
Mr Dauda suggested that rewarding dedicated civil servants by the state government should be sustained while the LGAs should follow suit.
The coalition said the minister’s decision was meant to retard the state’s development.
