UN secretary-general António Guterres wants to save an agreement on grain exports from Ukraine via the Black Sea, which Moscow suspended following drone attacks on its fleet.
Russia’s weekend backtrack from a UN-brokered deal to export Black Sea grains is likely to hit shipments to import-dependent countries, deepening a global food crisis.
