The ministry decried these remarks as “an intervention in the internal affairs of the Slovak Republic,’’ according to a statement.
Mr Fico, who won last year’s parliamentary elections, is serving his fourth term as prime minister after a short absence from office.
The number of aggressive comments on social media has also increased significantly, Slovakian media reported, citing experts.
“I am shocked,” Ms Caputova wrote in a message on Facebook. “I wish Robert Fico a lot of strength in this critical moment to recover from the attack.”
The hybrid car-aircraft which took two minutes, 15 seconds to transform from car into aircraft, makes use of a BMW engine and a regular petrol-pump fuel.
