The monarch aired his views in an interview while trying to debunk reports that he has endorsed former Lagos governor Bola Tinubu for the 2023 presidency.
Mr Saraki that he would concentrate more on the non-oil sector, which according to him, is key to boosting the economy and creating job opportunities.

Mr Saraki made the pledge, among other affirmations at a media parley in Abuja on Thursday.
“Together we can make this country better. My interest will be your interest. I want to appeal, don’t share your delegate votes, this is my own state. I beg you.”
The former vice president said the presidency needs a “young man, strong and healthy” like Bukola Saraki.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday began the screening of its 17 aspirants for the 2023 presidential election.
Mr Saraki said that Nigeria needed a healthy president with the energy to administer the country for 24 hours or more if it was necessary.
