The authority also said seven other ships had arrived at the ports waiting to berth with bulk wheat, frozen fish and petrol.
The authority said that 23 other ships were expected to arrive at the port between May 5 and May 26.
On Tuesday, port authorities said another 23 ships had arrived and were also discharging petrol and others.
Other items that the ships contain includes general cargo, bulk sugar, base oil, bulk wheat, bulk urea, petrol, frozen fish, and ethanol.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 23 ships have discharged bulk wheat, general cargo, container, bulk gypsum, butane gas, bulk fertiliser, and fuel, at the Lagos ports.
The NPA said it was expecting another 24 ships carrying food commodities and fuels.
