The naira on Monday appreciated further at the official foreign exchange market, trading at N1,452.79 to the dollar.
Mr Gwadabe thanked the management of the apex bank for the waiver of the annual licence renewal which he described as an amnesty extended to his members.
The naira traded at N1,600 to the dollar on Monday.
The suspects confessed to the offence and will be charged to court.
