Mr Sule said that the administration had prioritised infrastructure development to improve the standard of living of the people.
The approved budget comprises a capital expenditure of N154.8 billion and a recurrent expenditure of N155.7 billion.
Governor Samuel Ortom presented the 2023 appropriation bill of N179.750 billion to the state assembly on November 8.
The governor said N114 billion capital expenditure of the budget represents 57 per cent, while N87 billion for recurrent expenditure, represents 43 per cent.
Mr Okowa, while presenting the budget said that the figure showed an increase of 17 per cent over that of 2022.
