Mr Kaigama emphasised the contributions of faith-based institutions to the advancement of education in the country.
“The middle class is now being completely wiped out. Everybody is now becoming poor,” Mr Onaiyekan stated.
The cleric encouraged the fellows not to doubt the profound impact their efforts would have in fostering peace wherever they went.
Mr Atep advised Nigerians to prioritise meeting the needs of the less-privileged and the needy in society.
Mr Onaiyekan said he understands that the parliamentary system is built in such a way that it will not be hard to steal public funds.
“To get out of our problems, we need to ask God to heal us of our leprosy,” Mr Onaiyekan declared.
“But I will not ‘Japa’. I am not going anywhere. I will stay here and continue to shout that the right thing should be done,” said Mr Onaiyekan.
Mr Mbah urged Nigerians to emulate the bishop’s selflessness and hard work.
“The political, social and economic environment in the country is being poisoned by ill-timed policy measures such as the naira redesign policy.”
