The cleric said, “If the terrorists can kill a whole serving army general in such a brazen manner, I wonder how secure the average citizens of this country are?’’
“The death of Buhari should ginger our governments to wake up to the need for doing something strategic to improve the healthcare delivery,” the cleric said.
He made the call in his 2025 World Day of Peace message, annually marked on January 1, to encourage peace worldwide.
Mr Kukah said the quality of civil society, to a large extent, determines the extent of change in society.
The archbishop said that the best of policies should be implemented to give succour to the people.
