According to Mr Anyaso, fire incidents in any filling station outlet and other places lead to huge losses.
Mr Anyaso said IPMAN’s national leadership was holding strategic talks with the management of Dangote Refinery to secure direct supply from the company.
“I expect that part of federal government’s immediate plan is to get our local refineries working.”
About 13 functional filling stations have been earmarked for demolition by the state government to make way for a flyover project.
IPMAN says it was shutting down the Enugu depot in line with the pronouncement of the Anambra government ahead of the election.
