He said the establishment of the NADC was critical to protecting the integrity of Nigerian sports and ensuring compliance with global anti-doping regulations.
The report was presented by the chairman of the committee, Solomon Olamilekan (APC-Ogun).
He said the committee had invited some agencies that had continued to dishonour invitations.
The Senate said it would invoke its constitutional powers if the summoned officials failed to appear before the committee.
He said that the bank did not only fail to appear, it also failed to submit the required documentation to the committee.
Mr Ayoade said that the absence of the MD was not deliberate or meant to disrespect the committee.
Out of the 361 wards and 34 local government areas in the state, Mr Mohammed-Ali noted that the number of petitions received was relatively low.
The officials or their designated representatives are expected to appear before the committee on February 3.
The ADC national chairman urged the committee members to work with open minds.
Mr Tajudeen said that it had become necessary to ensure that the requirements of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) were properly upheld.
