The affected local government areas include Igbo-Etiti, Igbo-Eze North, Igbo-Eze South, Nsukka, Udenu and Uzo-Uwani.
“It is a public health emergency and a developmental project for us,” he said.
Mr Mbah said the masterclass formed part of his administration’s deliberate effort to build the capacity of government officials.
