He said the projects included a fully equipped ICT laboratory and the upgrade of the school mosque.
The CAS also toured the AVIC Unmanned Aerial Systems Company, where he stressed the importance of drones in modern warfare.
The CAS called on the new pilots to wear their wings with humility and a deep sense of responsibility.
The CAS stressed that their experience remained invaluable, particularly as the operational environment became more complex and dynamic.
Mr Bala-Abubakar assured the personnel that their welfare remained a top priority.
Mr Abubakar urged Nigerians to positively impact their communities.
“I salute your resilience and pray that their efforts shall never be in vain,” he said.
