The tribunal dismissed the NYSC certificate forgery controversy when it delivered its judgement on Thursday.
Mr Ude also tendered Mr Mbah’s final clearance letter after completing his NYSC programme.
The electoral official was subpoenaed as a witness of the Labour Party on Wednesday.
The Tribunal is hearing the petition filed by Chijioke Edeoga of the Labour Party against Mr Mbah of the PDP.
He advised them to shun greed and respect the wishes of the electorate who toiled to vote them into office.
The Labour Party Coalition for True Democracy has called on INEC to review the Enugu governorship election as it did in Adamawa.
The party also appreciated Enugu people for believing in the party and showing the courage to say no to misrule with their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs).
