The buses will run between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.
The state government also says it has reinforced its Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps ahead of the anticipated flooding.
He said the money accrued to the traditional rulers under Governor Godwin Obaseki increased.
He explained that the revalidation of the database of the vulnerable poor households in the state was currently ongoing.

The Edo commissioner said seven of the kidnapped would-be train passengers had been rescued.
The rescued persons include a 65-year-old man, a nursing mother and her baby, a 6-year-old girl and her two siblings – aged two and five.
Mr Nehikhare told journalists in Benin that one abducted passenger escaped from the kidnappers while the police had arrested one of the suspects.
