Mr Bazivamo noted that Nigerian investors had played an important role in Rwanda’s economic transformation.
He said the aviation sector plays a crucial role in enhancing business activities and tourism across the two countries.
“We must ensure that ‘Never Again’ is not merely a slogan, but also a principle that guides our actions,” Christophe Bazivamo said.
The carnival is holding from November 29 to December 8.
On Saturday, the Rwanda High Commission in Nigeria in Abuja celebrated the 30th anniversary of its liberation, known as Kwibohora 30.
Kwibuka serves as a tribute to the more than 800,000 people killed by the genocide.
