Ms Yemi-Esan said the FISH project is one of the key programmes of the six pillars of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (2021–2025).
He also said that from 2022 till date, his administration had paid N1.8 billion as gratuities to civil servants.
The civil servants spoke to journalists on Sunday in Abuja against the backdrop of the recent presidential directive on immediate implementation of the Oronsaye report.
Mr Sulaiman said the programme would help participants to improve work ethics in public service.
Government should create programmes that can help the masses.
“We must make sure that we protect government’s assets.’’
Last Saturday, Mr Bago banned Niger civil servants from wearing native wears like kaftan, babanriga and flowing gowns except Fridays.
“Any officer whose record could not be verified will be delisted from the payroll of government at the end of the two-week exercise on Friday, October 27.”
Some lawyers in Lagos on Friday blamed prison congestion in Nigeria on stringent bail conditions.
“And anyone caught not resigning will face the penalty for that because he or she would be seen as flouting the rules of engagement.”
