The strike, which is to begin on Wednesday, is to protest the removal of fuel subsidy and the escalating cost of living in the country.
Mr Ingobere, who is serving a fourth term, is the member representing Brass Constituency 3, and immediate past Speaker of the 6th Assembly.
Mr Aribasoye said the assembly was ready to work for the betterment of the people of the state.
According to the lawmakers, the two institutions shall have governing boards whose chairmen will be appointed by the governor.
“As this will promote peace through speedy administration of justice in the state,” he said.
Governor Samuel Ortom presented the 2023 appropriation bill of N179.750 billion to the state assembly on November 8.
The bill is seeking to mandate the state governor to be gender-balanced in political appointments.
