The commissioner described the late general’s abduction and subsequent death as a monumental loss.
Mr Sani called for empowering local communities to act as partners in peace.
The commissioner stated the attack was in retaliation for the community’s successful defence efforts two days ago.
Mr Radda described the roles of the corps as courageous and essential to the safety and well-being of Katsina’s communities.
“This is with effect from tomorrow, Thursday, August 8,” the Kaduna government said.
Mr Aruwan further said that updates would be duly communicated to the public by the state government.
The Katsina government says it will not negotiate with any criminal or group of criminals but will do everything humanly possible to protect the people.
“The order affects LGs fully affected by banditry and other related crimes,” Mr Mu’azu said.
Mr Aruwan is the immediate past Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs in the state.
