He added that registration would be available at all JAMB offices.
The NCS advised candidates against the use of calculators, mobile phones or other devices.
He said that the service received 573,523 applications during the first phase of its recruitment exercise.
He expressed confidence in the transparency of the selection process.
According to TESCOM, successful candidates must appear for an oral interview.
