Mr Salihu said the exercise had been hitch-free with no case of examination malpractice and arrest, and the environment was conducive.
The first recruitment test was marred by technical challenges as only 6,000 candidates of 31,000 successfully submitted.
Some of the candidates writing the 2022 UTME went to their centres unaware that the exam had been postponed.
The test will hold on October 29 and 30, at Umaru Musa Yar’adua University and Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic.
“We request the government to appraise and appoint permanent secretaries on their past contributions as directors to national development.”
