The Sector Commander, Lagos, Corps Commander, Kehinde Hamzat, said this in a statement on Tuesday.
The corps marshal reaffirmed the position of the corps on deepening its ongoing prosecution of drivers.
Mr Adewinmbi said the culprits were arrested at various spots in Ilesa town.
The tricycle drove against traffic and collided with an oncoming truck resulting in the death of the two occupants of the tricycle.
The crashes were attributed to speeding, overloading, wrongful overtaking, faulty vehicles and failure to comply with speed limits.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the army spokesperson, Brig.-Gen. Onyema Nwachukwu, on Thursday in Abuja.
