“By God’s grace, the tribunal will be sitting this Saturday, November 25. We will take exparte motions,” Mr Umar-Mike said.
“The clerical error will be rectified once parties in the matter file formal application to that effect,” he said.
Ms Musa promised to relay the observation to the justices who delivered the ruling.
Senators alleged interference in the appointments, which came after two senators, Simon Mwadkwon and Darlington Nwokocha, were sacked by the Court of Appeal on election petitions.
It added that the appellant lacked the locus standi to challenge the qualification of the deputy governor since he was not part of the party’s primary.
“We appeal to members and supporters of the APC in Plateau to remain calm and refrain from provocative acts that could hurt the peace.”
Residents of Jos, the capital of Plateau, have rejected the judgment of the Court of Appeal that sacked Governor Caleb Mutfwang.
“God’s time is always the best, and we promise to continue to champion the cause of peace, harmony and development of the state.”
The court also rejected the results for Maradun Local Government submitted by INEC and the APC.
“Their petition lacked merit and is dismissed,” the court held.
