Mr Ayeni alleged that the defendant stole a black coloured TVS motorcycle marked 219VID, from where it was parked.
The now convict was arraigned on a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, malicious damage and stealing.
Earlier, the prosecutor, Philip Amusan, told the court that the convict committed the offence on Sunday, at about 11:00 p.m., at Sango, Ibadan.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges. Â
The announcement, made in a circular on Wednesday in Abuja, was signed by the court president, Justice Benedict Kanyip.
Mrs Rasheed, in her testimony before the court, while seeking dissolution of her marriage, urged the court to grant her application for divorce.
“I saw his chat on Facebook where he told a woman that he was a widower, begging her to marry him.”
