The prosecutor argued that the defendant knowingly withheld critical information from security agencies in 2017.
The SSS had, on November 21, 2025, arraigned Mr Obadaki on charges bordering on terrorism.
The witness said he interviewed six victims in the course of the investigation.
Justice Oji subsequently adjourned until September 23 for the commencement of trial.
The judge adjourned the case until June 4 for arraignment.
