Sunday David, 21, who resides in Ibadan, Oyo State, was granted bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The police had arraigned Mr Anayor for cheating and stealing.
The accused attendants were employed in September before allegedly looting the shop.
Mr Jimoh said that the defendant forcibly entered into the farmland of Olayinka Emmanuel to commit felony to wit: stealing.
Mr Oleleye is charged with a two-count charge of defilement and sexual assault by penetration.
The convict, Dauda Jimoh, was the victim’s landlord and had confessed to the crime.
The defendant is accused of killing his wife Zainab, and their three-year-old daughter, Petra.
The police said that the defendants could not give satisfactory account of how they came about the substance.
The defendants also allegedly beat up Cpl. Aderibigbe Emmanuel, a security guard in the building.
