Dele Alake, Minister of Solid Minerals Development, announced the partnership in a statement on Wednesday.
The minister urged security agencies to fish out the perpetrators of the heinous crime and ensure they faced the full wrath of the law.

He said the ministry’s improved operations and drive for reforms were premised on its robust engagements with NEITI since 2011.
He also alleged that illegal miners were the sponsors of banditry and terrorism in the country.
Mr Alake commended the Nasarawa government during Governor Abdullahi Sule’s visit to his office on Thursday in Abuja.
Mr Balogun said the efforts would bring a rapid socio-economic growth and development of the country.
The minister said this was critical for the development of the mining industry and Africa’s economy.
Mr Alake said the deceased carved a niche for himself as a bold and irrepressible defender of the interests of the Ondo people and the Yoruba nation.
