The settlements totalling approximately $17 million were approved by the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii on May 19.
The domains were seized under the Take it Down Act, a federal law enacted in May 2025.
Mr Anyiam is scheduled to be sentenced on September 10, 2026.
