Mr Mapaderun thanked God for the grace to serve meritoriously, appreciating colleagues for their support during her career.
The bill imposes a fine of N25,000 on anyone caught littering, urinating, or defecating in public places.
The leader further said that the bill was passed because the state had been battling with different health issues, including HIV
It further stipulated that the officials’ relocation should start right away.
The two executive bills passed their respective second readings following a debate led by the house leader, Magaji Oba-Abdulkadir (APC-Ilorin Central).
