The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court struck out sacked Governor David Umahi’s motion seeking a stay of execution.
The court ruled that the suit lacked merit and award cost of 500,000 against the plaintiff.
The Division of the Federal High Court has fixed March 8 for judgment in a suit filed by the PDP seeking the removal of Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi from office.
Mr Umahi charged Muslims in Ebonyi to deploy their gifting in agriculture and commerce to enhance the economy of the state.
“Miscreants and hoodlums, including mercenaries hiding in the forest and bushes, are advised to vacate the community immediately.”
