Mr Hundeyin said the suspected criminals were arrested around 11.15 a.m. daily.
The Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps said the arrest would continue if the people did not obey simple rules that would save lives.
He warned okada operators that there is no room for their operations in restricted parts of state.
The presiding magistrate, Sakirat Obasa, admitted the defendant to N100,000 bail and two reliable sureties.
The traffic diversions and road rehabilitation would last for three months, Lagos transport commissioner said.
