The APC spokesman expressed gratitude to Mr Ganduje for his invaluable contributions and distinguished record of service to the party.
The Progressive Voters’ Forum says the forthcoming All Progressives Congress National Summit will better unite its leaders and members.
Mr Adamu-Aliyu held that the charges filed on May 13, 2024, against the defendants were competent to be tried.
The senators are Adamu Aliero (Kebbi Central); Yahaya Abdullahi (Kebbi North) and Garba Maidoki (Kebbi South).
Mr Ganduje said the APC was not planning a one-party, noting that the party would not reject it if Nigerians desired it.
Mr Ganduje said, “This is a good development, and it is in consonance with what is happening in Nigeria today.’’
The judgment was earlier fixed for September 18 by Justice Inyang Ekwo on July 5.
“I’m elated to receive such an important personality into our party.’’
The claimant in the originating summons dated and filed on May 6, said Mr Ganduje was occupying the office of the APC chairman illegally.
No date has been fixed for Justice Adamu-Aliyu.
