Mr Akinbola-Oyinbo called on security agencies to conduct a thorough investigation to uncover the perpetrators.
The police spokesperson said that operatives from the division raided the factory and rescued five pregnant girls and a baby boy.
The motorcyclist had been declared missing on Sunday before his body was discovered in the well.
He disclosed that the boyfriend’s landlord and some other people, suspected of facilitating the killing, had been arrested.
A witness, who spoke with journalists on Tuesday in Ore, said the incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. at Alafia Street, along the Ore-Benin Expressway.
Mr Ayanlade stated that no life was lost in the fire incident that lasted for hours.
The police spokesperson stated that operatives had been deployed to the community to apprehend the perpetrators.
