Mr Musah called on the ECOWAS defence chiefs to critically examine the implications of their withdrawal on regional security during their deliberations.
The coalition also proposed the creation of a railway corridor connecting all ECOWAS countries in addition to the existing road network.
He said that some of the strategies included the regional trade and transport facilitation strategy.

Mr Tuggar called for cooperation among member states toward advancing integration and welfare of people in the sub-region.
