Mr Owolabi alleged that the defendant gave the police false information that one Pastor Adekunle Obasa and his family stole his 250 blocks.
He added that access to decent housing was a critical component of troop welfare.
The CP said that nine alleged sex offenders and nine suspected cult members were also arrested within the period.
Mr Osifeso said 202 police personnel were promoted in the state command.
The prosecutor said that the offences contravened Sections 516 and 390(9) of the Criminal Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
Items recovered from the suspects included six vehicles.
The former Chairman of the Oyo Park Management Disciplinary Committee, Mukaila ‘Auxiliary’ Lamidi, remains at large.
The suspects were arrested in possession of various charms and clothes with the inscription: “Yoruba Nation Police, Yoruba Nation Army.”
The event was held at the command’s Headquarters, Eleyele.
Soldiers were also reported to have mounted roadblocks to enforce the restriction of vehicular movements.
