Speaking at the launch in Lagos, Dangote said the plan will support 45,000 new students every year from 2026.

According to Mr Sule, it is the government’s responsibility to care for its citizens irrespective of their political and religious affiliations.
The royal father said an extensive deliberation on the issue was held in Kaduna under the leadership of the Sultan of Sokoto.
Stakeholders believe that community support and a conducive environment are key to a successful operation to avoid the Niger Delta experience.
“I want to call on all of us and other Nigerians to continue to live in peace and tolerate one another, irrespective of our affiliations, for development to thrive,” the emir said.
“No society can achieve meaningful progress without peace.”
