Mr Otti pledged that, barring unforeseen circumstances, the 2026 budget would be judiciously implemented to advance development in Abia.
Governor Alex Otti says the Abia government’s new transport system will commence operation before the end of July.
The governor said that some of the road projects that kicked off in 2023 would be delivered in 2025.
