“I am, therefore, with every sense of responsibility and love, appealing to the leader of this group to rescind his decision to order a sit-at-home.”
The group noted that enlisting in the police was the pathway that could offer the possibility of becoming a senior police officer in the future.
They said the continuous incarceration of Mr Kanu, even after being freed by the courts, had worsened the security situation in the zone.
