The federal government signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement with the United Arab Emirates to remove tariffs on some products.
According to Ms Oniha, the offer is a continuation of Nigeria’s climate financing journey, following earlier issuances in 2017 and 2019 that raised N25.69 billion.
Stakeholders in the energy sector on Tuesday converged on Abuja to brainstorm on implementing the Energy Transition Plan (ETP).
He also stated that the transition plan will lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in ten years, bringing modern energy services to the entire population.
