Ms Ugwu emphasised the need to build girls’ capacity to be qualified and included.
Ms Ugwu said, ‘‘There is a need to bring up the qualified young females to the level that is globally accepted.’’
A PDP agent blamed the low turnout to the experience of the 2023 general elections.
“We should accord him deep respect by taking heed of all he had warned us of as Ndigbo,” the chieftain said.
Mr Eta attributed poor water supply to some communities in the state to lack of maintenance and protection of the water installations.
