Mr Sambo assured that Sukuk IV would rehabilitate the dilapidated access road to the Onne Port.
The two countries agreed to address the challenges mitigating against the smooth operation of the border post.
The title is said to be in recognition of Amaechi’s contributions to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
“We are not in charge of bridges; we are in charge of water,” Mr Amaechi said.
The minister said NIMASA’s mandate was to act as a regulator of maritime safety and security.
Mr. Amaechi added that it would contribute greatly to the local economy.
