He said Nigerians should hold leaders accountable for past and present performances.
The Federal Government approved a 15 per cent increase in port tariffs in February to improve infrastructure and expand port capacity.
Mr Nweke said, “The WCO-endorsed TRS is not an end in itself. It is a strategic national asset.”
Mr Nweke also urged the NCS to create a compliance forum for stakeholders.

While the NCS began consultations with key stakeholders on August 7, SEREC urged wider engagement in any decisions on fee increments or licensing reform.
