Mr Wike made the call in his 2026 Eid-el-Kabir message to Abuja residents on Wednesday.
FCT minister Nyesom Wike has expressed optimism that the FCT Administration will achieve 80 per cent implementation of its 2026 budget by January 2027.
Mr Wike urged residents to remain patient, stressing that Mr Tinubu would ensure the university becomes a reality within his tenure.
The spokesman said that the riders equally pay N300 for a ticket each time they enter a market in Abuja.
He said that Mr Wike had inaugurated about nine projects during the first-year anniversary of Mr Tinubu.

The spokesperson asked whether Ms Kingibe would look the other way if land allottees refused to pay ground rent for 10 to 43 years if she were the FCT minister.
Mr Wike expressed optimism that the ICC would be completed and handed over in late April or early May.
Mr Obuah stated that the move was to ensure effective monitoring and regulation of the operations of all pantaker markets in the FCT.
