The association had issued a seven-day ultimatum on August 28, urging the government to address urgent challenges in the FCT health sector.
Mr Wike said the initiative was a decisive step by the federal government to promote food self-sufficiency.
Mr Wike has approved and imposed a fine of N5 million, payable within a 30-day period, on allottees and land title holders who have contravened the Land Use Act in the FCT.
