They urged Nigerians to sustain support for vulnerable children through donations, volunteer services and other humanitarian interventions.
Mr Tinubu described infrastructure as the greatest enabler of economic prosperity.
He said the timely provision of roads and other infrastructure strengthened public confidence in the government and improved residents’ quality of life.
Mr Babafemi said the suspect was arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos while en route to Beijing, China.
She said preliminary investigations showed the suspects were part of a criminal network involved in kidnapping and banditry within the FCT and neighbouring states.
“We now buy fuel at high costs and don’t get the value for our money,” she said.
The judge, Mohammed Yakubu, adjourned the matter until June 25, 2026, for hearing.
