“To have the kind of business environment that our country deserves…it is the hard work at the sub-national level that would really move the needle,” said Mr Osinbajo.
The court had on July 1 restrained Governor Ganduje from borrowing the money to install CCTV cameras in the state.
The governor said Lagosians also consume 50 per cent of beef produced in the country running into several billions.
The State House of Assembly had on June 15 approved Mr Ganduje’s request to access N10 billion from Access Bank.
