Mr Abdullahi said officers found culpable of violating the ethical standard would be subjected to appropriate sanctions without compromise.
He attributed the feat to enhanced surveillance, intelligence sharing and inter-agency collaboration.

Mr Shuaibu said the customs remain steadfast in combating smuggling, counterfeits, and other illicit trade.
Mr Ugbagu said the initiative also aligned with efforts to combat the illegal trade of endangered species.
The customs officer allegedly committed the offence along Mokwa-Jebba Road in Niger State.

He said the physical examination uncovered 18 arms, cartridges packets, and live ammunition rounds inside plastic drums.
