She said that a total number of seven people were involved, which comprised four men and three women.
The sector commander of the FRSC in Ebonyi, Henry Igwe, told journalists on Tuesday in Abakaliki that both personnel were abducted on March 8.
Two people died, and 13 others sustained injuries in an accident at Ajede after J4 on the Sagamu-Ijebu Ode Expressway on Saturday.
Mr Uga implored both commercial and private vehicles to install speed limit devices.
FRSC has advised Muslim motorists to limit their speed and attempt to set out for their journey as early as possible.
The FRSC sector commander said the special patrol was for the command to achieve crash-free festivities.
In a statement in Abeokuta, Florence Okpe, the spokesperson of FRSC in Ogun, said the three accidents happened in the early hours of the day.
He pledged the association’s support in making roads safer for economic activities in the country.
“Nigerians must be aware that frequent cases of road crashes on our roads cannot be linked to any spirit killing people,” the FRSC boss said.
Mr Agwu said the FRSC special intervention patrol operations apprehended 19 trailers carrying 810 people on the Abuja-Kaduna expressway.
