The sector commander further urged motorists to adhere to traffic rules and regulations.

He enjoined the passengers to call the FRSC toll-free number 122 to report any abnormality.
One hundred twenty-eight people lost their lives in 376 road crashes recorded in Lagos between January and October 2023.
“The objective of this event is to provide a platform to remember people killed and those seriously injured through road traffic crashes.”
The Ogun command of FRSC says 208 persons died in 707 road crashes within the last 10 months. At least 1,000 people were wounded.
Mr Ikaba said the accident occurred at about 8:51 p.m. due to speed violation and loss of control.
Eight persons were involved in the accident, but two escaped unhurt.
The FRSC spokesperson said 14 people were involved in the accident.
“These crashes involved 123 vehicles and 602 people.”
